The final words aren't spoilers for any DW episodes - they were from a scene in yesterday's Sarah Jane Adventures (in which Ten was on top form - as chaotic and expressive as always!).

Bring on Waters of Mars! Sounds like the Doctor is considering messing with timelines!

Edit: And Digital Spy have their usual 10 teasers:

Why's it being shown on Sunday?
That's just not right.

I've said all this to Noweia elsewhere, but I'll put it here as well.

Very bad, cocky and arrogant Time Lord. He may be the last of his race (which we know isn't true) but he can't mess with the 'fixed events' like that.
He, above anyone else, should know that the universe(s) will always right themselves.
This is what happens to him when he hasn't got a human companion to temper his destructive side.

Characters listed on IMDB for the End of Time:

Harriet Jones, Midshipman Frame (from Voyage of the Damned), Rose and Jackie, all the Nobles, Lucy Saxon, Jack Harkness, Luke and Sarah Jane Smith, couple of Time Lords.... dreams or ghosts of Christmas past come back to haunt him?

I'm so looking forward to the End of Time.
I'm less surprised to see Rose will be back than I am to see Jack Harkness in the list of characters.
Hopefully it's not a flash-back scene and it's a proper way to reintroduce his character back to earthbound stories.
After all, Torchwood has been renewed, and I'd really like Jack to be back.

I really hope End of Time doesn't do the whole past/present/future theme that's been done to death and has become somewhat of a Christmas cliché.
It would be really sad to have DTs swansong marred like that.

He wakes up. It was all a dream. Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad

What with the TARDIS reverting to it’s original 1963 form, St John’s Ambulance logos and everything, I’m kind of wondering if the End of Time causes the Doctor to “snap back” to his original generation. There has been writings about Matt Smith playing an old man with a young body.

The TARDIS change is apparently a decent plot turn, and not some frivolous make over, apparently.

In DWM today, End of Time is listed as the last episode. The name of the first part of the two-parter has not been released yet, but is six words.

Dr Who Goes Mental With Pies - it features the Chuckle Brothers and will be the last chance of some laughs before the Grim Reality of the last episode.

Just managed to watch it - in HD, and on 21 November.

Hmm.

Not quite sure what I was expecting, and I'm not sure there's anything I can add to the commentary so far.

Bring on Christmas!

(Now there's a phrase you don't often hear me say! Very Happy )
