Sylvester chases the foxes. | Sounds like a perfect collaboration, Matthew. *smirk*

Berkely was originally owned by some people when he was a kitten. They didn't let him out, and wondered why he ripped their furniture apart. So he was sent to a cat home.
A friend of my sister took him on, but when she died in 2001 he was homeless again, and had to fend for himself for a few week (the neighbour who promised to look after him clearly didn't). So we took him on, and he's been happy here ever since. _________________ All the best,

Along comes an animal charity and rescues them (RSPCA, Cats Protection), and spends time and money finding loving homes for the poor critters. Both our cats were rescue cats. Our next one will be, too.
They have the advantage that generally they have been through the house training stage, so you don't have to do it all over again |
See being a dog person, I associate rescue animals with actually rescuing others. I was thinking that the concept of a rescue cat was a bit bizarre. _________________ Rob |

Greensleeves was the theme tune for Lassie.
Probably not the proper type of working rescue dog you would be thinking about, but the first thing that came to mind for me. _________________

I was thinking of the ones I see up the mountains when I'm hiking. But I don't think any of them have theme tunes. _________________ Rob |
